Continued success through professional quality control (QC)

WELCOME HOTELS’ aim is to ensure that we continue to appeal to our guests and clients through ongoing provision of sustained high quality. To guarantee this we all need to talk the talk and walk the walk of the WELCOME quality philosophy:

1. Just meeting our guests’ highest quality expectations is not enough – we aim to exceed them.
2. Our quality management will assure the provision of a constantly high level of service. Our guests and customers can count on this.
3. We evolve our standards and any resulting necessary measures in accordance with our guests’ and clients’ needs.
4. When it comes to implementing quality standards department heads should set a good example to all employees. Each and every employee is responsible for the quality of the hotel.
5. Our services and quality of service are made measurable by carefully formulated and documented operational procedures.
6. We aim to continue to improve both our services and our product to adapt to the ever-changing expectations of our guests and clients. To achieve this we undertake regular quality control.
7. We recognise that our measure of quality success is the evaluation we receive from our guests and clients
